We welcome inquiries across a range of topics. Here is what we handle:

• → Tool feedback and bug reports — if something in the Business Name Generator is not working correctly, or if output seems off, tell us exactly what you entered and what you got back.
• → Research and framework questions — our Intent Tensor Theory framework spans seven academic domains. If you have questions about the underlying methodology, scoring equations, or the published research, ask.
• → Collaboration and partnerships — if you are a researcher, educator, publisher, or operator who sees a natural overlap with what we are building, we are open to conversation.
• → Privacy and data questions — any questions about how we handle data, cookies, or third-party services should be directed here. We will answer directly.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Complex research questions or collaboration discussions may take a few days as we review them properly before replying. We do not send templated responses — if you write something substantive, you will get a substantive reply.

What We Are Not

We want to be upfront about scope. We are an independent research and software operation, not a full-service consulting firm. We cannot:

• Provide legal, financial, or accounting advice
• Guarantee business outcomes from any tool or recommendation
• Offer managed services or done-for-you deliverables
• Provide phone support during defined business hours
