All content, frameworks, tools, methodologies, source code, research, and inventions published on businessroioptimization.com — including but not limited to Intent Tensor Theory (ITT), the Thermodynamics of Commercial Identity framework, the Multi-Substrate Model of Identity, the Master Equation, the ITT scoring tensors, and all derivative tools — are the co-joint intellectual property of Armstrong Knight and Abdullah Khan.

These works were created in open collaboration with artificial intelligence systems including but not limited to Claude by Anthropic, Grok, Gemini by Google, and ChatGPT by OpenAI. We are transparent about this collaboration. The intellectual frameworks, research direction, and creative authorship originate with Armstrong Knight and Abdullah Khan; AI is a tool of production, not an independent author.

We do not track, store, log, or review your conversations with our AI tools. We do not know who you are. We have no record of what you asked or what the AI responded. This is by design. We are not in the surveillance business. We are in the business of helping people build better businesses.

6. Access and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this platform for any user, for any reason, at any time, with or without notice or cause. This includes access to any tool, page, or feature on the site.

External actions that are barred without first completing the Internal Complaint Process include but are not limited to: negative public reviews on any platform, complaints to regulatory or governmental bodies, legal action of any kind, and any other third-party escalation.

Initiating any external action without first completing the Internal Complaint Process and receiving a written response from us constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. We take this requirement seriously. We also take our responsibility to respond seriously — if you email us with a legitimate concern, we will engage with it honestly.

9. Licensing

Commercial use of our frameworks, methodologies, or tools — including but not limited to using ITT as the basis for a commercial naming service, incorporating our scoring models into a commercial product, or deploying derivatives of our tools — requires a written license agreement. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute not resolved through the Internal Complaint Process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Class action and jury trial rights are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
